Title
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND BRAIN HEALTH for the purpose of encouraging interagency coordination between County agencies which provide direct services to support County residents suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, or who may develop Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, to ensure that elderly County residents and their families are not left behind by rising costs and to ensure an equitable provision of care to elderly County residents.

This resolution encourages coordination between County government agencies which provide direct services to support County residents who are suffering from Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, or who may develop Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The agencies that should coordinate include, but are not limited to, the Prince George’s County Department of Family Services, the Prince George’s County Department of Social Services, the Prince George’s County Health Department, the Prince George’s County Fire Department, the Prince George’s County Police Department, and the Prince...
