Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING RESIDENTIAL ZONES -- DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS -- BEDROOM PERCENTAGES for the purpose of repealing the limitations on bedroom percentages for multifamily residential development set for in the Zoning Ordinance of Prince George's County, Maryland.

 

Background

This bill will repeal the restrictions set forth in the current Zoning Ordinance as to bedroom percentages applicable to development of multifamily residential dwellings in Prince George's County, in order to align with policy as to same set forth in the new text of the County Zoning Ordinance that was approved by the Council on October 23, 2018.
