Background
This bill will amend the Water Resources Protection and Grading Code to allow concurrent review of a proposed project's Natural Resources Inventory plan (NRI), proposed 100-year floodplain delineation, and stormwater management concept plan. Current law requires an approved NRI to be submitted with the concept plan.
