Title A Resolution to approve amendments to the Prince George’s County Procurement Regulations regarding minority business enterprises pursuant to Section 10A-105 of the Prince George’s County Code Background This legislation will approve amendments of the Procurement Regulations regarding certifications, consultation and determinations of minority business enterprises (MBEs) pursuant to Section 10A-105 of the Prince George’s County Code. CB-49-2007 transfers the function of certifying and decertifying MBEs from the Minority Business Opportunities Commission to the Minority Business Development Division of the Office of Central Services so that the Code reflects the current practice and procedures of the County. The regulations are adopted to coincide with amendments to the County Code in CB-49-2007. THIS RESOLUTION WAS NOT ADOPTED
