Title An Act concerning Benefit Performances for the purpose of clarifying the number of charitable gaming events that may be held in a location in any single week Background The existing law limits the number of benefit performance events at a single location to 2 events per week. An additional event is allowed if the event is being sponsored by another organization acting in cooperation with the primary sponsoring organization. The proposed legislation would increase the limit from 2 to 3 events per week without the need to co-sponsor the additional event.
