Background

This Resolution will direct the Prince George’s County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to initiate a minor amendment to the 2013 Master Plan and Sectional Map Amendment for Subregion 5, and to declare that a duly advertised joint public hearing will be held on the proposed minor amendment in accordance with the applicable provisions of the local zoning laws.
