Background Necessitating Legislation:
Council members and staff are working on an ADU zoning bill; however, there are numerous non-zoning issues to be addressed. My team drafted 13 amendments to CB-075-2026, but most of these amendments are not appropriate for the zoning ordinance and are better placed in the County code. The staff committee working on ADU legislation reviewed these amendments today.
