Although Planning Board’s transmittal letter to all persons of record regarding DDS-632 is dated February 7, 2017, the zoning application case file in the matter of SDP-0619-H1 was returned to the Planning Board as incomplete due to the omission of timely received public ethics affidavits pursuant to State Law.  The case was retransmitted to the District Council after compliance on March 14, 2017.
