Title

AN ACT CONCERNING SPECIAL EVENTS COORDINATING COMMISSION for the purpose of establishing the Special Events Coordinating Commission and providing for the regulation and oversight of special events in Prince George’s County.

 

Background

This legislation will provide for the creation of the Special Events Coordinating Commission (SECC), which will be the coordinating entity for Special Events within Prince George's County, Maryland.  The SECC is comprised of County agencies including the Police Department and the Fire/EMS Department.
