Motion to convene in executive session in accordance with Section 3-305(b),(7) and (8), General Provisions Article, Annotated Code of Maryland as follows: 1. to consult with legal counsel to seek legal advice; and 2. to discuss pending or potential litigation.
On 9/11/2018 a motion was made by Vice Chair Turner, seconded by Council Member Patterson, to convene into Executive Session. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: Glaros, Davis, Franklin, Harrison, Lehman, Patterson, Taveras, Toles and Turner.
