Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING R-S ZONE for the purpose of amending the R-S (Residential Suburban Development) Zone development regulations in the Zoning Ordinance for development of attached residential units within a Mixed Retirement Development, under certain circumstances.

 

Background

This bill amends, for purposes of consistency, the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance governing attached residential units in a Mixed Use Retirement development within the R-S (Residential Suburban Developent) Zones of Prince George's County.

 

 

Note:  Section 2 of CB-36-2017 states that the Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) calendar days after its adoption.  Thus, the favorable motion made on June 20, 2017, to suspend the rules was not needed and is therefore a nullity.
