Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING MODERATELY PRICED HOUSING PROGRAM for the purpose of establishing a Moderately Priced Housing Program in Prince George's County by amending the Zoning Ordinance to provide certain minimum requirements for moderately priced housing units under certain circumstances, to define Moderately Priced Housing Units, and to codify certain density increments for the development of moderately priced housing units in the County.

Background

This bill, and the bill to amend the Subdivision Regulations of the County, are companion legislation to the bill amending Division 8 of Subtitle 13 of the County Code establishing a Moderately Priced Housing Program in the County. The amendments to the Zoning Ordinance herein further the implementation of the Moderately Priced Housing Program in the development moderately priced housing units.
