Title

AN ACT CONCERNING ENFORCEMENT AND REFERRAL TO THE BOARD OF ETHICS for the purpose of requiring a mandatory review by the Prince George's County Board of Ethics for any person found in violation of Prince George's County Code, Subtitle 2, Section 2, Division 46, Community Inclusiveness.

 

Background:

This legislation would clarify that employees and staff of Prince George’s County Government, PGCPS and County employee will NOT engage with ICE in social media for county purpose or in any other means. Also is will confirm our encouragement that ICE is barred from accessing residents information, that all county agencies and institutions.
