Title

Proposed letter to Elizabeth M. Hewlett, Chairman Prince George’s County Planning Board, regarding continuation of Reservation Plats for Rights of Way, which are due to expire on June 30, 2019.

 

Background

The Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment Committee convened on March 14, 2019 to review the continuation of three (3) Reservation Plats for Rights-of-Way due to expire on June 30, 2019 and one (1) Reservation Plat that expires on February 18, 2020.   The reservation plats were established for facilities recommended in adopted and approved master plans.  The committee recommended that the four (4) Reservation Plats listed below be extended until June 30, 2020.

After the discussion, the Committee voted to recommend the Council Chair sign off on a memorandum to the Planning Board Chair in support of the continuation of the Reservation Plats.
