Title A Resolution to expand the “Designated Neighborhood” areas of Oxon Hill and Glassmanor for eligible entities to participate in the State of Maryland financial assistance and incentive programs Background This legislation will expand the “Designated Neighborhood” areas of Oxon Hill and Glassmanor for eligible entities to participate in the State of Maryland financial assistance and incentive programs. The Designated Neighborhood is a State designation, but it requires the local jurisdiction to pass a resolution in support of the designation. Prince George’s County currently has 39 Designated Neighborhoods.
