After talking to Ms. Ree this afternoon regarding A-9956-C; she agreed to proceeding with the Oral Argument hearing on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. I was advised to move forward with the notice and mail them out to all POR’s tomorrow December 20, 2017. 

Furthermore, per the Clerk’s direction, I contacted the parties involved, Mr. Shipp, Mr. Gibb and Mr. Macy inquiring of their availability and advising them of the direction by CM Harrison’s office to move forward with the Oral Argument on January 22, 2018 and subsequent Notice of Hearing to be mailed out December 20, 2017.  All three Attorneys were notified about the meeting.
