A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE FISCAL YEAR 2016 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of amending the Prince George’s County Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2016 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development by adding the Sunset Emergency Shelter Operations project, an eligible activity not originally funded or described in the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan, and reprogramming and reallocating seventy-two thousand one hundred seventy-nine dollars and ninety-two cents ($72,179.92) in Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program funds from the FY 2001, FY 2007, FY 2008, FY 2009, FY 2010 and FY 2011 Annual Action Plans to support the Sunset Emergency Shelter Operations project.
Background
This Resolution will amend the Prince George’s County Fiscal Year (“FY”) 2016 Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development by adding the Sunset Emergency Shelter Operations project, an eligible activity not originally funded or described in the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan.
Additionally, this Resolution will amend the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan by reprogramming and reallocating seventy-two thousand one hundred seventy-nine dollars and ninety-two cents ($72,179.92) in Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) Program funds from the FY 2001, FY 2007, FY 2008, FY 2009, FY 2010 and FY 2011 Annual Action Plans to support the Sunset Emergency Shelter Operations project.
This Resolution requires at least one public hearing because each of the proposed amendments to the FY 2016 Annual Action Plan would constitute a “substantial change” under the FY 2016-2020 County Citizen Participation Plan.
