Title: THE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY COUNCIL, SITTING AS THE DISTRICT COUNCIL, THE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY PLANNING BOARD OF THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED HISTORIC SITE DESIGNATION AS TO CERTAIN PROPERTY IN PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY Pursuant to provisions of the Land Use Article of the Maryland Annotated Code, as well as Subtitle 29 of the Prince George’s County Code, the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland, sitting as the District Council, and the Prince George’s County Planning Board of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission hereby give notice of a joint public hearing in order to receive public testimony concerning the proposed designation of two (2) properties in Prince George’s County as Historic Sites; specifically, the Jones-Sheridan House (68-010-79), Hyattsville, and the Hierling House (68-010-93), Hyattsville.
