Title: A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE CENTRAL AVENUE-BLUE/SILVER LINE SECTOR PLAN for the purpose of approving, with amendments herein based on the joint public hearing record of testimony, as an Act of the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland sitting as the District Council for that part of the Maryland-Washington Regional District in Prince George’s County, the Central Avenue-Blue/Silver Line Sector Plan, thereby approving a new vision to guide growth and redevelopment for the Central Avenue-Blue/Silver Line areas comprised of portions of Planning Areas 72 and 75A, and 75B in its entirety, an area generally defined by the MD 704 (Martin Luther King Jr Highway) and Sheriff Road on the north, and I-495 (Capital Beltway) on the east, and follows various property lines along the southern boundary line north of Walker Mill Road, including portions of the Town of Capitol Heights.
