AN ACT CONCERNING BUSINESSES AND LICENSES - PUBLIC DANCES - BANQUET HALLS AND CATERING ESTABLISHMENTS for the purpose of amending the County Code regulations and licensing requirements applicable to banquet hall, catering establishment, and dance hall uses under certain specified circumstances in furtherance of the public safety, health, and welfare of the citizens and residents of Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Background

This bill amends the Dance Hall Licensing provisions set forth in Subtitle 5 of the County Code to provide a limited exemption to the licsensing requirements for certain banquet halls and catering establishments that meet certain specific criteria.

9/19/2017 - CB-104-2017 was amended on the floor as follows: On page 2, in line 9, after “Zone”, insert “or on property consisting of at least fifty (50) acres in the R-A (Residential Agricultural) Zone where the use was developed as part of a phased, planned development of a religious institution campus”. CB-104-2017 (DR-2) was presented.

In connection with those products and Services, you agree to the following: text, data, maps, images, graphics, trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by the County or licensed to the County by third-parties who own the Content and the third party licensors' property interests are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Notwithstanding your indemnification obligation, the County reserves the right to defend any such claim and you agree to provide us with such reasonable cooperation and information as we may request.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The County makes every effort to update this information on a daily basis. Because Property information is continually changing, the County makes no expressed or implied warranty concerning the accuracy of this information.

The information and services and products available to you may contain errors and are subject to periods of interruption.
