On 11/7/2016, Maurene Epps McNeil, Chief, Zoning Hearing Examiner, asked that the Clerk's Office use 'ROW' as the Acronym in the Legistar system instead of "ATBROW' becuase the ZHE's Office uses "ROW" internally when referring to Athorization to Build in the Right Of Way.  Lennie changed it in Legistar for 7501 Allentown Road which was the only Authorization case in Legistar at the time.
