Title A Resolution concerning Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission for the purpose of transferring certain appropriations and expenditures between certain programs in the FY 2006-07 Operating Budget for the Recreation Fund Background This resolution provides for transfers of certain appropriations and expenditures between certain programs in the FY 2006-07 Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Operating Budget for the Recreation Fund. The proposed adjustments include: a decrease in the amount of $11,467.00 from the Phelps’ Senior Center, an increase in the amount of $11,467.00 to the Anderson-Murphy Community Center, an increase in designated fund balance and the Commission’s Talk Up, Not Down Program in the amount of $27,000.00; a decrease in the National Philharmonic program in the amount of $10,000.00 and an increase in the Prince George’s Philharmonic recreational program in the amount of $10,000.00. The net result is to increase funding for the following recreational programs: the Anderson-Murphy Community Center in the amount of $11,467.00, the Talk Up, Not Down Program in the amount of $27,000.00, and the Prince George’s Philharmonic program in the amount of $10,000.00.
