Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING DEPARTMENT OF PERMITTING, INSPECTIONS AND ENFORCEMENT-FEE SCHEDULES for the purpose of requiring the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement to examine its schedule of fees and report its assessment and statement of justification to the County Council for consideration.

 

Background

A resolution that will mandate the Prince George’s County Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE) to reassess their fees and present recommendations for changes to the council in four months. The numerical and written justification shall indicate whether the fees are high, adequate or low.
