Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL for the purpose of designating areas in which the County will exercise the Right of First Refusal where the owner of a multi-family rental facility of 20 units or more intends to sell said multi-family rental facility.

Background

This resolution is required pursuant to CB-27-2013.  This designation is the only outstanding issue related to full implementation of the Right of First Refusal and proposes that the Right of First Refusal shall be applied to all areas of Prince George’s County.
