Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING I-3 ZONE-DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS for the purpose of amending the development regulations in the I-3 (Planned Industrial/Employment Park) Zone for Warehousing uses on properties with certain minimum acreage and location requirements.

 

Background

This bill will amend the development regulations for Warehouse uses in the I-3 (Planned Industrial/Employment) Zones of Prince George's County, provided that the development is on land that meets certain minimum acreage and location requirements that are targeted for development and redevelopment in the County.
