Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS, GENERAL SCHEDULE EMPLOYEES - SALARY SCHEDULE G for the purpose of amending the Salary Plan of the County to reflect pay rates and other modified benefits for General Schedule Employees.

 

Background

This legislation amends the Salary Plan for General Schedule employees, Salary Schedule G, and reflects merit increases to eligible employees on their original hire/rehire anniversary date for the period of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 (Fiscal Year 2025) and an increase to shift differential. 

 

The Executive Branch is waiting a determination on COLAs pending completion of collective bargaining negotiations.

 

A fiscal impact statement will be provided by the Office of Management and Budget.
