Background

This bill provides for the safety and security of persons using electric vehicle charging stations.  It utilizes lighting, solar panels, emergency call boxes, security cameras,  and additional types of safety and security measures. Additionally, it provides for posting and signage, shelter, aesthetics, protects against vandalism, provides a lock box for dedicated funding and provides for the enforcement of this Act.
