Title

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION - LEASE AGREEMENTS for the purpose of approving, by legislative action of the District Council in accordance with State law, a First Amendment Agreement between STC Three LLC and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission.

 

Background

This Resolution will approve a proposed First Amendment to an Original Lease Agreement that previously approved by the Council and executive by and between the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and ATP Realty and Equipment Company LLC, now operated by its successor in interest STC Three LLC, also known as Crown Castle USA Inc., as to certain property in the County for telecommunications utility services, consistent with park purposes. Approval by legislative action of the Council is required pursuant to Section 17-204, Land Use, Annotated Code of Maryland.
