CR-117-2013 - A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN: FY 2013 for the purpose of amending the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: FY 2013, and approving the reprogramming and restructuring of $2,558,911.43 in Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds from the FY 2005, FY 2006, FY 2007, FY 2008, FY 2009, FY 2010, FY 2011, FY 2012, and FY 2013 Annual Action Plans to activities related to housing and community development.
Background
This resolution will amend the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: FY 2013 and approve the reprogramming and restructuring of $2,558,911.43 in CDBG funds from FY 2005, FY 2006, FY 2007, FY 2008, FY 2009, FY 2010, FY 2011, FY 2012, and
FY 2013 Annual Action Plans to activities related to housing and community development.
This resolution requires a minimum of one public hearing under the "County Citizen Participation Plan: FY 2011-2015" because it changes the use of CDBG funds from one activity to another and changes the purposes of activities.
