Title An Act concerning towing regulations for the purpose of amending provisions of the Code relating to towing regulations and towing of vehicles from private property, establishing license fees and penalties, and transferring certain responsibilities regarding towing regulations from the Police Department to the Department of Environmental Resources. Background This bill seeks to implement certain recommendations of the June 2007 Towing Task Force Report, created by CR-19-2006. 10/20/2009 - Prior to introduction, CB-40-2009 (DR-2) was amended on the follor as follows: On page 15, starting at line 18, strike "12:00 A.M." and substitute "9:00 P.M." CB-40-2009 (DR-3) was introduced;
