A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN: FY 2014 for the purpose of amending the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: FY 2014 to include a new, eligible HOME Investment Partnerships ("HOME") project: Conifer Village at Oakcrest and approving the reprogramming and reallocating of $2,200,000.00 in HOME funds from the FY 2013 and FY 2014 Annual Action Plans for this project.
Background
This legislation will amend the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: FY 2014 and approve the reprogramming and reallocation of $2,200,000.00 in HOME funds from the FY 2005, FY 2006, FY2007, FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2012 Annual Action Plans to a new, eligible project: Bladensburg Commons. This resolution requires a minimum of one public hearing under the "County Citizen Participation Plan: FY 2011-2015" because it changes the use of HOME funds from one project to another.
