Title A Resolution supporting the financing of Potomac Gourmet Pantry under the  Neighborhood BusinessWorks Program Background SYDJUL, LLC is a small business firm that applied to the Neighborhood BusinessWorks Program to finance its project Potomac Gourmet Pantry, a grocery market at the National Harbor. There is no grocery store or market within a three-mile radius of the National Harbor development. This market will focus on healthy eating and the use of local farm produce. The business is projected to create twenty-five new jobs and the employer intends to hire locally. SYDJUL’s project Potomac Gourmet Pantry is consistent with the mission of the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation in retaining, expanding and attracting business to the County. Further, the project focuses on neighborhood revitalization and increases job opportunities. The State of Maryland requires local legislative support for participation in the Program.
