Background
The Landover Gateway Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment establishes comprehensive zoning policies for the planning area. In response to public testimony and input, the Planning Board adopted Resolution PGCPB No. 09-55 with certain amendments and transmitted the Adopted Plan and Endorsed Sectional Map Amendment to the District Council on May 4, 2009. Section 27-646 of the Zoning Ordinance prescribes District Council action within a certain time period. This Resolution will approve the Landover Gateway Adopted Sector Plan and Endorsed Sectional Map Amendment.
