Title A Resolution declaring certain properties of County-Owned Real Property as surplus, and approving the County Executive’s plan for disposal of such parcels Background This resolution will declare 87 parcels of County-Owned real property as surplus to the County’s needs and propose disposition of these parcels by lease, sale, transfer or otherwise. There are sixty nine (69) parcels to be sold for not less than fair market value, ten (10) parcels to be transferred to the Town of Eagle Harbor for non-profit and recreational purposes, two (2) parcels to be transferred to Omega Gold Development to develop affordable housing, two (2) parcels to be transferred to St.Thomas Episcopal Parish for charitable purposes, one (1) parcel to be transferred to the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission to expand Stream Valley Park System, one (1) parcel to be transferred to SOLAR Inc., for non-profit and recreational purposes, one (1) parcel to be transferred to the Town of Cheverly, and one (1) parcel to be transferred to the Town of Upper Marlboro.
