Title

(SUBDIVISION BILL) AN ACT CONCERNING ADEQUACY OF TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES for the purpose of amending the Subdivision Regulations of Prince George’s County to require the re-evaluation of a proposed development for adequacy of transportation public facilities, under certain circumstances.

Background

The bill will amend the County Subdivision Regulations to require re-evaluation of traffic service for a proposed development to make a new finding of transportation adequacy where the finding of transportation adequacy for development on the property is based on a transportation assessment and finding within a preliminary plan approval that is ten or more years old
