Title A Resolution declaring certain properties of County-Owned Real Property as surplus, and approving the County Executive’s plan for disposal of such parcels Background This resolution will declare twenty-seven (27) parcels of County-owned real property as surplus to the County’s needs and propose disposition of these parcels by lease, sale, transfer or otherwise. There are thirteen (13) parcels to be sold for not less than fair market value, four (4) parcels to be conveyed for the higher of assessed value or costs associated with tax sale, one (1) parcel to be transferred to the Town of Brentwood, one (1) parcel to be transferred to the Town of Eagle Harbor, two (2) parcels to be conveyed by no consideration transfer to Omega Gold Development, one (1) parcel to be conveyed by no consideration transfer to Cresthill Baptist Church, one (1) parcel to be conveyed by no consideration transfer to Westphalia United Methodist Church, two (2) parcels to be leased for telecommunications and one (1) parcel to be leased to the University of Maryland, College Park and one (1) parcel to be transferred to Bowie State University Foundation, Inc. and/or Bowie State University.
