convenience stores operating 24 hours are disturbing residential areas. ALL LED lights need to
be completely outlawed.

Background
The purpose of this bill is reduce the harmful effects of light pollution on Prince George's County residents and residential neighborhoods by prohibiting LED lights in commercial storefronts. The bill does not effect lights used to illuminate storefront signs that are currently legal under the Zoning Ordinance.
