On 3/17/2020 the Council Chair Turner read the following closing statement: "Motion to convene in executive session pursuant to Section 3-305(b)(7) and (10), General Provisions Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, to consult with counsel to seek legal advice and to discuss public security and the development/implementation of emergency plans for the legislative branch."
Motion was made by Council Member Harrison; seconded by Council Member Anderson-Walker to convene into Executive Session; the motion carried 11-0.
