Title

Background
Section 316 of the County Charter requires the County Council to adopt and publish rules of procedure applicable to proceedings of the Council when sitting in legislative or business sessions and, where permitted by the Regional District Act within State law, certain proceedings of the Council when sitting as the District Council.
