On November 14, 2017-pursuant to its authority set forth within the Land Use Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and those procedures set forth in the local zoning laws, being the Zoning Ordinance of Prince George’s County, Maryland, or Subtitle 27 of the Prince George’s County Code-the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland, sitting as the District Council for that portion of the Maryland-Washington Regional District within Prince George’s County, Maryland, approved Council Resolution (CR-99-2017), thereby directing the Prince George’s County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to prepare a certain defined minor amendment to the 2006 Sector Plan for the East Glenn Dale Area, and declaring a joint public hearing be conducted, so as to receive public comments concerning this proposed minor amendment which, as styled, proposes certain changes t...
