Title
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNUAL ACTION PLAN:  FY 2014 for the purpose of amending the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: FY 2014 to include a new, eligible HOME Investment Partnerships ("HOME") project:  Bladensburg Commons and approving the reprogramming and reallocating of $3,000,000.00 in HOME funds from the FY 2005, FY 2006, FY 2007, FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2012 Annual Action Plans for this project.
Background
This legislation will amend the Annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development: FY 2014 and approve the reprogramming and reallocation of $3,000,000.00 in HOME funds from the FY 2005, FY 2006, FY2007, FY 2010, FY 2011, and FY 2012 Annual Action Plans to a new, eligible project:  Bladensburg Commons.  This resolution requires a minimum of one public hearing under the "County Citizen Participation Plan:  FY 2011-2015" because it changes the use of HOME funds from one project to another.
