Background
This Bill amends the Rain Check Rebate Program enacted as a part of CB 40-2012 by increasing the maximum lifetime rebate allowable to County property owners who install approved stormwater management practices. This Bill also authorizes rebate disbursement prior to construction and expands program eligibility to include homeowners, condominium, and civic associations.
