Title: AN ACT CONCERNING AMENDMENT OF SECTION 407, CHARTER OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY for the purpose of proposing an amendment to Section 407 of the Charter of Prince George's County to provide that immediately upon a vacancy in the Office of the County Executive, the Chief Administrative Officer shall become the Acting County Executive until a County Executive is chosen by the methods established in this Section of the Charter.
