Title

(SUBDIVISION BILL) - AN ACT CONCERNING PRELIMINARY PLANS  − EXEMPTIONS for the purpose of  providing a limited  exemption  from the  preliminary plan of subdivision requirement for conversion of  condominium townhouse dwelling units to record lot townhouse dwelling units, under certain circumstances.

Background

This bill amends the Subdivision Regulations set forth in Subtitle 24 of the Prince George's County Code to provide an exemption from the preliminary plan of subdivision requirement in furtherance of support for flexibility in the development of certain Mixed-Use Planned Development communties in Prince George's County.
