Title

AN ACT CONCERNING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE 112, PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY SHERIFFS LODGE INC. for the purpose of amending the labor agreement by and between Prince George’s County, Maryland and the Fraternal Order of Police 112, Prince George’s County Sheriffs Lodge Inc., to provide for wages and certain other terms and conditions of employment for personnel classifications certified by the Prince George’s County Public Employee Relations Board and as amended by the Office of Human Resources Management from time to time.

 

Background

Prince George's County, Maryland (the County) and the Fraternal Order of Police 112 Prince George’s County Sheriffs Lodge Inc., have completed labor negotiations on a two-year labor agreement covering Fiscal Years 2023 and 2024.  This Bill is to adopt and approve the referenced collective bargaining agreement in accordance with Section 16-233(f) of the Personnel Law.
