Background

This Resolution will authorize the Prince George’s County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to initiate a Countywide Sectional Map Amendment, in furtherance of its prior action to enact a new, replacement Zoning Ordinance and County Subdivision Regulations for that portion of the Maryland-Washington Regional District in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
