Background

This bill will define a new use, Qualified Data Center, in the Zoning Ordinance and permit the use by right in the R-R, C-O, C-S-C, M-A-C, M-X-T, R-S, E-I-A, and Industrial Zones of the County, subject to certain specific regulatory criteria in furtherance of the public safety, health, and welfare.
