Title

AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING O-S ZONE for the purpose of amending the criteria for development of single-family detached, single-family attached, and townhouse residential uses within the O-S (Open Space) Zone of Prince George's County to allow rough grading of land under certain circumstances.

Background

The County Council enacted CB-97-2018 to allow single-family detached, single-family attached, and townhouse residential uses within the O-S Zone under certain circumstances provided in a footnote to the Residential Zone Table of Uses.  This legislation amends the footnote to provide for rough grading of certain property that meets the criteria for development of these residential uses in the O-S Zone after approval of a Preliminary Plan of Subdivision.
