A RESOLUTION CONCERNING MODIFICATION OF BENEFITS, DEPUTY SHERIFF’S ASSOCIATION OF PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, INC. (CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES), SALARY SCHEDULE Z for the purpose of amending the Salary Plan of the County to reflect the terms of an agreement between Prince George’s County, Maryland and the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Prince George’s County, Inc. (Civilian Employees).

 

Background

This legislation is necessary to amend the Salary Plan and modify the benefit to temporarily increase the maximum carryover for Annual Leave from leave year 2021 into leave year 2022 from 360 hours to 440 hours for employees represented by the Deputy Sheriff’s Association of Prince George’s County, Inc., (Civilian Employees), Salary Schedule Z. 

 

A fiscal impact statement will be provided by the Office of Management and Budget.
