Background

The Walkable Streets Act of  2023 incorporates 2023 Urban Street Design Standards and Specifications as consistent with Plan Prince George's 2035 for Regional Transit Districts and Local Centers in Prince George's County.  This resolution strives to balance the needs of all users that are business-friendly, walkable, bike-able and transit friendly.
